Michelle uses Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, gong, monochord, drums and various other therapeutic instruments during a sound healing treatment to help restore balance in the body and encourage deep relaxation. This helps to reset your nervous system, release emotional blocks and tap into your inner resources while harmonising and balancing your body and mind.

The subtle vibrations can be precisely directed by placing the instruments on or near a tensed or blocked area of your body.

The bowls are struck with a felt mallet creating vibration which leads to first loosening the stagnant energy and then helps it to be rearranged.

An opportunity for self enquiry where altered states of awareness can inspire insights and resolutions as well as uncover long held limiting beliefs.

"Very relaxing and professional experience. Liked the way different therapies were combined in such harmony: massage therapy, reflexology, aromatherapy, and my fav: sound healing. Highly recommended!"
